The Marauders struggled to keep pace with the Renegades dropping the first two sets 25-22 and 25-13. Antelope Valley gained momentum in the third set, winning 28-26. But the offense seemed to struggle as they dropped the fourth and final set 25-13.
Taylor Mobley led AVC with 17 kills, followed by Estrella Bradford, who had 12. Bradford also has 22 assists and 15 digs while Bailey Whiteford had 18 assists.
Valerie Vergara led the Marauders in digs with 16. Whiteford had 13, and Mobley added 12 digs.
The Marauders finished the season 10-11 overall and 6-6 in conference play. Taylor Mobley led the team in kills on the season with 379, followed by Estrella Bradford with 102. Bailey Whiteford finished tops in assists with 357, also followed by Bradford with 339. Mobley led in Digs with 305 while Valerie Vergara was second with 275.
Alaura Bengle had the team-high blocks with 20 on the season, Alexandra Tejeda and Kassandra Tejeda were tied for second with 16 each. The Marauders will look return 11 Freshmen next season.
