AVC Men's Golf shot a season-low team as Citrus College hosted a conference event at San Dimas Golf Club. The Marauders finished with a team score of season 424., 7 shots better than their previous best round.
Derrick Rossmango led the Marauders on the day. He was 1 under through 11 and finished shooting even-par 72, his best score of the season. Rossmango had the 6th best score out of the field of 48 players. "Quite an accomplishment given the amount of talent this conference has to offer." said head coach Brad Hazard... "He's been in a good groove lately, playing with confidence and having fun on the course," he added.
Andrew Sweitzer and Daniel Degeorge both shot an 82 as AVC finished 7th. Ventura grabbed the top spot, while Glendale and Canyons came in 2nd and 3rd place. The Marauders will play their next round on Monday, 4/11, at the Rig City Invitation in Bakersfield.
