GLENDALE - It was a disappointing final two games of the series with Glendale for the Marauder baseball team as the Vaqueros had no problems defeating AVC with convincing 19-0 and 17-0 victories on Thursday and Saturday respectively.
The Marauders only had four hits in Thursday's loss, two of those coming by Jorge Villalobos. Jonathan Cornish and Trevor Morrison each had a hot for AVC, which left nine runners on base.
Kyle Lathrop was 3-for-4 on Saturday and Daniel Gomez was 2-for-4, but it was not enough as the Marauders stranded 11 more runners.
