Bio

A proud product of the Antelope Valley, Noel played volleyball at Highland High School in Palmdale, Ca. He began his coaching career in his junior year of high school in 1999 and has continued to do so. Many years after high school, Noel played collegiate volleyball for California Baptist University and, in 2011, won a National Championship. Noel got his Associate Degree at Antelope Valley College and majored in Business at California Baptist University.

Coaching numerous high schools and club programs throughout Southern California and the Central Coast, Noel is the Co-Director and Owner of Aero Volleyball Club. Noel extended his coaching career at the collegiate level as an assistant at College of the Canyons, Antelope Valley College, and California Baptist University.

Noel was named the Men’s Head Volleyball Coach in 2023. “I have always been in the Maurader Gymnasium, attending summer volleyball camps as a child to taking volleyball courses during college... I am so grateful for this opportunity, and I am very blessed to finally be a collegiate head volleyball coach at home!” he commented. Noel Cruz is engaged and has a 20 golf handicap.
