THEOLOGIDY IMPRESSES IN COLLEGIATE DEBUT
OXNARD - Freshman phenom Mariah Theologidy finished fourth in her first ever race in a Marauder uniform Friday afternoon at the Oxnard Invitational at Oxnard College.
Theologidy was one of only five runners that broke the 19-minute mark. She finished with a time of 18:49.73. Miranda Daschian of Cuesta College won the race, finishing at 18:30.52.
An All-American in 2015 for AVC, Krista Beck finished 11th with a time of 19:28.51. Freshman teammate Carolina Gonzalez was 15th in 19:56.01.
The Marauders didn't place in the team scoring because they only had four runners in the race.
