AVC Women's Tennis continues to improve as they won their first match of the season 5-4 over College of the Sequoias.

Kristi Henderson led the way for the Marauders with two wins on the day. She won her singles match 6-0, 6-1 in the number one spot. Henderson also picked up an 8-2 doubles victory in the number one spot with partner Frida Anguiano.

Marbella Rubio and partner Juliana Martinez lost a close doubles contest 7-9, but Rubio won her first singles match of the season in straight sets, 6-0, 6-0.

The Marauders will close out the season on the road with a battle against Santa Monica on Tuesday, May 4th, and Mt. San Jacinto on Saturday, May 15th.
