Marauder Women's Soccer recorded a 0-0 tie with Moorpark College on Friday. AVC appeared to dominate most of the action but couldn't take advantage of their field position with any goals. They more than doubled Moorpark's shot count with 15 (8 on goal). Paola Figueroa and Cassi James led the attack with 2 shots on goal each (3 shots total each). Isabell Cerda, Kimberly Duarte, and Kaylin Gonzalez recorded a shot on goal each, while goalie Katie Crees had 2 saves.
AVC will face Santiago Canyon next at home on Tuesday, Sept. 20, at 4:00 pm.
