Antelope Valley College Marauder Women's Soccer opened the fall 2021 season with strong victories over Victor Valley College (3-0) and perennial contenders Chaffey College (2-0).
Unfortunately, they dropped to Pierce College (0-1) after maintaining possession of play throughout the entire game, only allowing Pierce two shots on goal. "The team continues to show solid growth and development while displaying strong unity in their tactical approach. We look forward to continued growth daily and optimizing our performance as we progress through the season", stated Coach Gordon.
The Marauders travel to Cerro Coso this Tuesday, September 7, 2021, for a 1:00 p.m. kickoff and will play at home this Friday, hosting perennial powerhouse San Bernardino College. Please consider supporting your Marauder Women this week, Friday, September 10, 2021, at 4:00 p.m., as this is game two of a Men's and Women's Double Header.
