AVC placed first with a team score of 384, ten strokes ahead of second-place College of the Canyons. Citrus, who hosted the event, came in third with a 416, while Bakersfield finished fourth at 427. Santa Barbara finished fifth, and Moorpark finished sixth.
Leading the way for the Marauders was Arlene Faye Salvador, who picked up another first-place individual win with an 81 on the course. Madison Schafer shot an 85 to secure a fourth-place finish in individuals.
Antelope Valley is now 20-0 through four weeks of Western State Conference play. The Marauders will host the next match, WSC #5, on Monday, October 4th, at Antelope Valley Country Club.
