MARAUDERS TOP MOORPARK IN FINAL REGULAR-SEASON HOME MATCH
AVC Men's Volleyball closed out their regular-season home schedule with a 3-1 win over the Moorpark Raiders on Wednesday.

AVC Men's Volleyball closed out their regular-season home schedule with a 3-1 win over the Moorpark Raiders on Wednesday. The Marauders were on the way to a shutout after taking the first set 25-14 and the second set 25-18. But the Raiders went on a run, taking a close third set 25-22.
AVC rallied to close the door in the fourth set, 25-18. Luis Guerra and Julian Green led the Marauders with 10 kills each. Green leads Antelope Valley in kills on the season with 103, closely followed by Guerra's 102 kills. Chance Cox had 9 kills and 7 digs, while Connor Wachala served up 37 assists to go along with 6 blocks and 5 digs. Wachala has 490 assists on the year. Alex Luria finished with a team-high 8 digs.
The 6-10 Marauders will play their last regular-season game of the year on the road at Pierce College on 4/8.
