MATTHEW LEE COMMITS TO UC IRVINE

Marauders Men's Volleyball middle blocker Matthew Lee has committed to play for the UC Irvine Anteaters. The 6'7 Sophomore from Quartz Hill High School played two seasons at AVC. Lee totaled 406 points with 269 kills over the course of 31 matches for the Marauders. This past season, Lee led AVC in points (182.5), attack percentage (.327) and blocks (52).

UC Irvine competes in the Big West Conference and went 18-11 last season with wins over USC, Pepperdine, Stanford, and BYU. The Anteaters made it to the Semifinals before losing to the University of Hawaii who went on to win the Big West Championship.
