BARNES WINS LONG JUMP AT GLENDALE

GLENDALE - Tyrone Barnes won the long jump on Saturday at the Vaquero Classic held at Glendale College.

Barnes and West Los Angeles College's Daniel Bell both leaped 21-03.25 to capture first place. Barnes' teammate Imani Carrington finished fourth (20-07.25). Carrington was also fifth in the triple jump (40-06.00) and eighth in the 400 (51.95).

Cedric Spivey finished third in the 110 hurdles (15.77) and was sixth in the 400 hurdles (1:02.41). Cameron Windham was sixth in the 100 (11.29). Issiah Lindsey finished third in the hammer throw (121-03).
