MEN'S BASKETBALL FALLS TO BARSTOW IN SEASON FINALE

LANCASTER - Marauders Men's Basketball finished up their regular season play with a 69-64 loss to Barstow.

Stephon Bell led AVC with 27 points, seven rebounds, and five assists. The Marauders shot 32% from the field as Barstow shot 52%. Elie Ghomsi had 12 points followed by Surako Follings Jr.'s 10.

AVC led by three at the half, but couldn't hold off Barstow who were led by Greg Walter's 18 second-half points. Walter finished with 27 points. The contest was close all the way through until Barstow pulled ahead by five with :22 left to play. AVC couldn't hit their last couple of shots giving the Vikings the win.

The Marauders finished the season 11-17 and 4-6 in the conference.
