SAN DIEGO - D'Mauria Jones scored a team-high 17 points, leading four Marauders in double figures as AVC defeated upset-minded Pierce College, Tuesday night at the inaugural Mira Costa College Tournament.
Antone Warren collected a double-double by finishing with 16 points and pulling down 10 rebounds. Charles Hall continued to pile up the assists as he finished with 10 more. Jailen Gill was solid with 14 points and nine rebounds and Christian Solis netted four 3-pointers off the bench.
