MARAUDER FOOTBALL'S GARCIA AND ROHEWAL SIGN TO MIDLAND UNIVERSITY

Congratulations to Antelope Valley College Football's Michael Garcia and Gavin Rohewal on signing with Midland University. The private university in Fremont, Nebraska, competes in 33 sports and offers opportunities in more than 30 undergraduate academic areas. Garcia, a 6'4 290 pound offensive lineman from Boron, CA, spent two seasons with the Marauders.

Rohewal, a 5'11 sophomore kicker from Highland High School, played in 20 games over two years at AVC. He recorded 59 punts this past season, landing 13 inside the 20 and a longest of 55 yards.

Midland University competes in the NAIA's Great Plains Athletic Conference. Under the leadership of head coach Jeff Jamrog, the Warriors finished 6-5 last season. Jamrog will be entering his 9th season at Midland.
