HILL AND WOMACK COMMIT

Marauder Athletics and AVC Football congratulates Carlos Hill and Raymond Womack on their commitments. 

Hill will be joining the NCAA Division I Sacramento State University Hornets, while Womack will be playing for the Morehouse College Maroon Tigers. Carlos led the Marauders in touchdowns with 10 this past season. He totaled a team-high 47 receptions with an average of 4.7 yards per reception and was second in reception yards with 737. In the 2022 season, Hill had a 9-reception, 177-yard performance with 4 touchdowns against Santa Monica College. The 4-touchdowns tie the Marauder record for the most in a single game with Derek Denton (2015 vs. Santa Monica), Jordan Wayne (2017 vs. Desert in OT), and teammate Davon Jones (2019 vs. Victor Valley). The Hornets, who compete in the Big Sky Conference, went 8-2 (7-0 in conference) last season with wins over UC Davis, Cal Poly, and Idaho State. 

Raymond Womack was AVC's 2022 leader in interceptions with 6. He played in 24 games for the Marauders from 2019 - to 2022 and recorded 57 tackles, 5.5 tackles for a loss, and 9 interceptions with 84 return yards. The 6'3, 207 lb. DB will join a Maroon Tigers team that went 4-6 last season. They compete in the NCAA Division II Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.
