Antelope Valley College Baseball's season ended as the Marauders lost their Regional Playoff series 2 games to 0. The final scores were 9-1 for game 1 and 10-8 for game 2, which lasted 10 innings.
Game 1's only run came when Jacob Baxter scored off a passed ball. Baxter was the only Marauder to have multiple hits on the day. AVC totaled 8 hits with 2 errors.
AVC's offense came to life in game 2 with 8 runs off 12 hits and 1 error. Cody Turner went 3-for-5 with 3 RBI, including a solo bomb in the 3rd inning. Jacob Baxter and Gavin Klennert each went 2-for-5 with 2 RBI, and Braydan Salinas also contributed 2 hits. Turner started on the mound and struck out 5 batters in just over 6 innings. Camden Clark struck out 3 in 3 innings of relief.
In Western State Conference post-season honors, Cody Turner received Player of the Year for the second consecutive season. Ashton Fitzpatrick (P), KB Bell (OF), Gavin Klennert (1B), and Jacob Baxter (IF) all received 1st Team All-Conference. Brayden Salinas (IF) received 2nd Team honors, while Jose Vasquez, Camden Clark, and Gilberto Beltran received honorable mentions.
AVC finished the 2025 season with an overall record of 27-15.
