AVC FOOTBALL WELCOMES BACK JASON ORIANS AS DEFENSIVE LINE COACH
Jason Orians has joined the Marauder football staff as the defensive line coach for the upcoming season.
Coach Orians is from Las Vegas, where he attended and played football for Cimarron Memorial High School.
He attended Antelope Valley College in 2000 and 2001 and played under Coach Brent Carder. He was Top-3 in defensive points in both seasons, all-conference in 2001, and played in the Potato Bowl.
Orians served as a defensive assistant under Steve Lockhart at Eastside HS from 2006-2009 and became the defensive coordinator there for Coach Richard Lear from 2010-2013. He then served as the offensive coordinator for the Lions from 2014-2015.
In 2017, Jason moved over to Palmdale High School, where he served as the defensive coordinator under Eric Nickols until 2021.
Jason and his wife Sandra have twin 13-year-olds, Leighton and Jackson.
