VICTORVILLE - The Marauder women's soccer team fell to fourth place in conference play with a 2-1 loss to second-place Victor Valley College, Tuesday on the road.
The lone goal scored by the Marauders (8-5-4, 1-3-3) came off the foot of Rielly Rasmussen, who tied the score 1-1, at 41:28 of the first half. The Rams (9-9-2, 4-3) broke that tie just after halftime at 50:37 following a goal by Yatsive Parra.
The Marauders were dominant on the attacking end as they had a 13-5 advantage in overall shots.
