VICTORVILLE - The Marauder women's basketball team, in its quest to make a post season run, remained undefeated in conference play with a 67-58 road victory against host Victor Valley College, Saturday night.
"I'm very proud of the effort offensively and defensively, AVC head coach Barry Green said. "Our bench provided energy and scoring. If we continue our winning streak it will be because of bench support."
The Marauders are 3-0 in conference, including a come-from-behind thrilling victory against conference favorite, LA Valley College.
AVC got 24 points from its supporting cast to help the Marauders build the lead.
Makaela Manson led the Marauders with 15 points and Kaitilin Stephenson added 13 points.
