SAN DIMAS - Every player for the Marauder men's golf team broke 90 on Monday at the San Dimas Country Club and head coach Brad Hazard couldn't be happier.
"It's good to see the guys come together and post their best score fo the season," Hazard said. "This give them some confidence and momentum as we head into (conference) finals."
AVC was led by Wesley Jackson, who shot a round of 76.
"Wes has struggled with consistent play all season, so shooting in the 70s is quite an accomplishment for him," Hazard said. "He was striking the ball well and was able to hit most greens which resulted in a solid score."
The Marauders, which finished seventh overall, shot well from all players, including Cory Renfrow (85), Kristian Yeager (87), Trevor Hoffmeyer (88) and Garrett Stover (89).
College of the Canyons won the match, followed by Ventura and Santa Barbara. COC's Michael Lingren had the low score of the day with a 68.
