LANCASTER - Marauder starting pitcher Blake Leidholdt pitched a complete-game and had his best outing of the season helping lead the Marauder baseball team to a convincing 8-0 victory against rival College of the Canyons at Marauder Stadium.
Leidholt allowed only three hits to two combined Cougar hitters and struck out seven. He faced the minimum number of batters in five of the nine innings.
Leidholt got support from the entire AVC lineup as eight of the nine batters had at least one hit. The only player that didn't was Jonathan Cornish who still finished with two RBI and two runs scored. Leidholdt helped himself out at the plate finishing 2-for-5 with one RBI.
Jorge Villalobos finished with three hits and Anthony Parisi added two RBI for the Marauders.
